Requirements:
• Development of Contracts Department to meet Group Business plans and strategy.
• Wide range of experience in Saudi Arabia and GCC in contracting field, Civil and Electro-mechanical.
• Ability to communicate with major companies on a regular basis to determine current workload and capabilities.
• Ability to keep strong and wide range market communication network.
• Ability to establish and develop contract department procedures.
• Coordinates with our clients and take regular update and feedback on the ongoing project and take opportunity to look for new projects.
• Resolving disputes in a timely manner.
• Identifying potential problems and solutions.
• Performs special studies and makes management presentations concerning major contracts.
• Deep knowledge of contract conditions, schedules and FIDIC.
Minimum skills:
• Team building, Leadership, Negotiation, Initiative, Self Motivated
Education and Qualifications:
• Degree in Engineering
• PMP Certified or equivalent
• Minimum 7-10 years experience in Gulf working at the same profile
