Responsibilities
- Shopkeeping and maintaining store standards
- Maximise and contributing to sales within the store through providing exceptional customer service
- Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed according to standard layout norms
- Ensure all products are price-tagged and bar-coded before they are put on display
- Ensure correct rotation of stock on shelves and assisting in accurate stock counts as per store requirements
- Ensure all stock administration (stock count, inter branch transfer, dispatch and delivery) is recorded on the system in time, accurately and correctly categorized
- Ensure security-related awareness and vigilance at all times
- Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping and personal grooming are maintained at all times
- Provide accurate and current information about the product for all inquirie
