  • Office Administration Support
  • Manage the Travel Desk including Ticket booking (business and Annual), Hotel Booking (for new joinees and corporate deals for LMG), coordinating with employees and travel agents to find the best deal with low fare
  • Coordinate with the accounts for eligibility, billing, of air tickets and hotel, raising PO for the invoice of ticket or hotel, maintain data for the ticket issue or hotel expense
  • Induction to new joiners and open bank accounts for new staff
  • Look after vacancies in the Concept and sourcing right candidates by placing advertisements in newspaper and recruitment agencies
  • Coordinate conveyance facility with the help of Transport Department

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all administrative support to the Concept Office
  • Responsible for Corporate travel bookings, business visa arrangements, and hotel bookings for senior executive
