Role:
- Analyze all incidents weekly and ensure HQ analysis matches with site incident analysis on weekly basis .
- Publish , communicate and follow up weekly themes and corrective actions with sites.
- lead as expert in incident investigations by using investigator-3 and root cause analysis tools.'
- Maintain company incident reporting software (GRIS)as single point responsibility and keep it up to date.
- Draft terms of reference for incident investigations.
- Review all HIPO Incident investigations for quality and follow up remedial actions from all incidents.
- Analyze saftey KPIs and provide input to annual sustainable letter and monthly HSE reports
