Job Details:
Test electronic equipment such as a hand dryer using a high voltage tester Working together with manufacturing, set up and maintain lean manufacturing processes in the plant Prepares QC inspection reports/ documentation based on his findings Maintains QC records and reports efficiently Reports all product/ procedure non-conformity to his superior Performs visual inspections, measurements and necessary functional testing on manufactured products Identifies root cause of quality issues/ faulty product and provides feedback to superior Conducts routine inspection of products to ensure that the product meets 100% Franke Quality Standards Works with concerned department and immediate supervisor to resolve quality issues Controls and maintains quality standards for the products which company manufactures Double-checks product quantities as per the requirement/ shop order Ensures that products are packaged appropriately Assists in inspection of incoming materials that will be used in production Participates in evaluation of quality issues and make recommendations for possible corrective action.
