- Project management of order flow Team player, able to work well with different stakeholders Analyze the client activity on the site and suggest how to optimize the process Maintaining the highest standards in client communication
- An Order Management Executive, with 1-2 year experience, will be responsible for managing the order fulfillment KPI for our merchants.
- The Account Executive must have excellent customer service skills and be able to make the partner to respect the daily KPIs; Knowledge in e-commerce industry is added advantage but not a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and customer service skills
- Project management skills is added advantage
- Flexible, ambitious and able to multi-task Able to work under pressure while maintaining the highest standards of quality
- Team player Solid understanding of the retail industry and a drive to constantly learn and evolve
- A bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration, or equivalent, with 1-2 years of relevant industry experience
- English a must; Arabic a plus
