An Onboard Executive; business and administration graduate, will be responsible for introducing new merchants to the company selling process, teaching and supporting them for the initial period of activity.
Requirements:
- Seller education through the phone or in person.
- This will include pre-transaction and post-transaction processes.
- Team player, able to work well with different stakeholders
- Check the client activity on the site and suggest how to optimize their process
- Maintaining the highest standards in client communication Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, ambitious and able to multi-task
- Able to work under pressure while maintaining the highest standards of quality Team player
- Understanding of the ecommerce and a drive to constantly learn and evolve
- A bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration, or equivalent, with 1 year of relevant industry experience
- English a must; Arabic a plus
