Requirements:
- The post holder will manage the administration and operations of the program for female groups.
- To participate in the successful delivery of the assigned program(s) on a day-to-day basis by overseeing and directing the activities of the female teams, specifically in areas where gender separation is necessary.
- Will develop and mentor male and female team member presentational, facilitative and general training skills.
