Requirements:
- Must have fair knowledge of Contracts (FIDIC).
- Exposure to RICS, POMI is desirable.
- Degree qualified; with minimum 10-15 years of strong technical experience in the field of Quantity Surveying.
- Quantity Surveyor with minimum 10 years’ experience in managing all costs relating to building projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.
- He/She shall have the skill to minimize the costs of project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
