Requirements:
- First degree in a relevant science or engineering field such as ecology (terrestrial/marine), Civil Engineering or Biology. Higher degree is desirable.
- Candidates should have over 10 years experience in Environmental Impact Assessment, including marine & land baseline surveys, air, noise, and water (surface and groundwater) quality assessment including modeling, contaminated land assessment and environmental modelling software.
- Experience in the Middle East and/or the oil & gas sector an advantage.
- Candidates should have independently carried out EIA Studies for a range of project types including Oil & Gas Operations, Power Plants, Manufacturing, and Infrastructure/Development.
- Self motivated team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English).
- Flexibility and willingness to travel overseas. Previous HSE Consultancy experience
- Interested candidate should be able to participate in the implementation and management of Dome HSE projects.
- Manage project teams including task allocation & project scheduling.
- Assist in supervising / training junior environmental engineers / specialists.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients, government agencies and departments and other relevant organizations.
- Monitoring environmental developments in the UAE and Gulf area including legislation, current trends, government and corporate initiatives, media, general awareness etc
