Requirements:
- Candidates should have Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in performing similar key responsibilities. Must have LEED / ESTIDAMA credential/ certification. Knowledgeable in American Standards is a must.
- Can read, review and comment to the Architectural general specifications drawings (details and shop drawings).
- Must be able to coordinate well with other disciplines such as structural, MEP, landscaping, etc.
