Requirements:
- Graduates with at least 2-3 years customer service experience preferably in a bank.
- Excellent English & Arabic communication skills.
- Developed sales & marketing skills.
- The incumbent is responsible for providing all customer services requirements in an efficient manner and for maintaining a high level of personal customer relations and ensuring that customer service objectives are geared towards maximizing customer satisfaction through quality service.
- The incumbent is primarily responsible for product sales across the branch.
