¨ Focused on all administrative documentation (offer letters, contracts, BEO’s)
¨ Focused on future potential of business on corporate and non corporate accounts
¨ Takes total responsibilities for receiving all necessary documents and information form the client at contracted time.
¨ Handling all inquiries and customer service until file completed on a same day response.
¨ Communication with Operation managers
¨ Responsible for the S&C Opera bookings and maintenance
¨ Pop up Show around and site inspection in connection with planned functions
¨ Follow-up on contract, inquiries with help of Opera activity reports
¨ Liase with Pro-active Sales to coordinate Sales calls/if required
¨ Enter and manage tentative and definite group block in Marsha and S&C opera
¨ Secure rooming list prior to cut off dates and input in Marsha
¨ Track group slippage and history for post group analysis
¨ Audit Marsha and Opera to ensure that room’s inventory are balanced and reservation details are correct.
¨ Prepare group cover sheets and hold Pr-con meetings accordingly with concerned departments
¨ Knowledge of possible capacities and catering styles of the hotel
¨ Familiarity and knowledge of all departments within the hotel
¨ Effective telephone communication skills
¨ Professional Administrative well-organized documentation
¨ Manages guest conflict situation effectively and provide solutions
¨ Professional in working with Front Office Opera, S & C and Marsha reservation System.
