Requirements:
- Arab or European candidate with a total of 4+ years of administrative work experience. Preferred University Graduate.
- Excellent administrative & organization skills attention to details & high level of accuracy.
- Organizing and coordinating business activities and plans. Excellent multi-tasking ability
- Proficiently handle highly confidential matters with discretion.
- Excellent written, verbal and digital communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
- Can handle any other duties if assigned.
- Taking minutes, travel arrangements, filing attending calls and answering mails.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and the internet.
