Job Title: HR & Admin Executive

Company: Dubai Precast - We are one of the leading precast concrete specialists in the UAE searching for talented candidates to join our European Management team.
Requirements:
  • University degree holder, 5+ years sound HR experience is mandatory
  • Assists in the design and administration of HR policies and procedures, performance appraisals, salary awards, recruitment, training, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, able to handle HR & admin functions independently; well-versed in UAE labor laws
  • Good command of written and spoken English, and Arabic will be an advantage
