Requirements:
- A total experience of 10 years or more in a similar profile, among which at least 2 years in a senior position, preferably in the role Sr. Manager and above.
- Bilingual (Arabic and English)-Arab nationals preferred.
- Well versed with all statutory matters regarding management of buildings and property-good connections with ministries.
- Pleasant personality with strong convincing skills.
As the GM, directly reporting to top management you will be responsible for the following
- Plans and executes the strategy for administering, developing and thereby enhancing the overall real estate business.
- Lead in developing and maintaining a tenant database-both residential and commercial
- Ensures that the tenants issues are excellently taken care of on behalf of the management
- Ensures all statutory and legal issues are did on time and properly followed up.
- Selling and buying of buildings/property
