Requirements:
- High School Graduate.
- Must be conversant with MS Office, 5 years of experience in customer dealing.
- Able to independently communicate with customers in English and Arabic.
- Does collection follow up, result oriented, problem solving work habits. Internally deals with various departments and gets their timely support.
- Does customer visits, if needed, to resolve tedious issues with customers.
- Helps improve collection cycle.
- Must be willing to work in remote locations in Eastern province.
- Proficiency in English language is a must
