Requirements:
- B.Sc. or B.E. Mechanical Engineering.
- Experienced in the manufacturing industry as a Production Planning Engineer for at least five (5) years.
- Using sales forecasts, plan, prepare and distribute production schedules for delivery, assembly and distribution of supplies and parts to the concerned departments.
- Compile and prepare documentation related to production sequences, transportation, personnel schedules, purchase, maintenance and repair orders.
- Maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
- Prepare status reports describing production rates, progress and materials inventories.
- Coordinate effectively with vendors, customers and in-house concerned departments for shipping & production-related activities.
- Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformance to standards and specifications.
- Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs or other interruptions, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, production and engineering.
