Requirements:
- The candidate must be a graduate in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 15 years experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC & MEP equipment. Should have 5 - 8 years exposure to Centrifugal Chillers.
- Should have excellent communication & computer skills and should have exposure to a CAFM based environment.
- Should be capable of working independently, scheduling work / PPM and able to coordinate, control and guide a team of supervisors, technicians & sub-contractors of different trades.
