- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- 3-5 years experience in the HVAC maintenance field.
- Knowledge of quality procedures / processes required.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills & should be customer care oriented.
- To guide, assist & lead the supervisors / technicians in solving any technical problem.
- Ensure all jobs are completed to the satisfaction of the customer.
- To generate the necessary reports & other schedules daily, weekly & monthly.
- Comply with company HSE & Total Quality Standards & Procedures.
