Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air-conditioning or Electronics).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing service center (s).
• Experience in spare parts inventory management, systems and procedures.
• Strong commitment towards customer service and history of successfully meeting set  benchmarks of various customer service  parameters.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Knowledge of computers will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Arabic is essential for non-Saudis
