Bachelors Degree in Business Communications, IT or Computer Science with 4 to 6 years experience in Business/Technical Writing and similar experience within IT environment (OR) Associate Degree with extended courses in Business/Technical Writing with 6 to 8 years experience and similar experience within IT environment
Strong working knowledge about IT organization, function, architecture and processes.
Strong communications skills specially written and strong writing skills (English and Arabic).
Good interpersonal skills
Well organized and structured with focus on precise details,
Working knowledge of Information Technology, architectures, processes
