Requirements:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, callback technicians and field engineers (repairs will be under a separate supervisor)
- Direct, check and ensure safe working practices are followed and adhered to at all times; monitor and ensure the correct PPE is worn by all staff at all times and be a role model
- Schedule planned preventive maintenance and keep a record of the best routes to covered geographical areas to maintain minimum travel time between sites
- Minimum 5 years experience in the industry
- Electrical & Mechanical Engineering Diploma or comparable years of work experience
- Good communication skills – spoken & written English will be required; Arabic is a plus
