Requirements:
- Managing1 senior engineer + 4/5 specialized works coordinators (about 30 staffs)
- In charge of All methods & planning in close relation with works dpts and design dpt
- Seeking Technical knowledge, rigor, maturity, team work
- Minimum 10 years of experience
