Requirements:
- Experience with a similar role in a large scale commercial or public facility.
- Good knowledge of building mechanical, electrical services and services controls.
- Comprehension of international guidelines for building services engineering.
- Good experience with technical and commercial contract administration.
- Excellent command of English language
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer skills, MS Office applications, familiarity with CMMS / CAFM Systems.
- University degree in relevant engineering sciences
