Requirements:
(1) Completion of high school and some vocational training
(2) At least four years journeyman-level experience and three years
of supervisory experience in building, maintenance/ construction field
(3) Proficient in spoken/ written English
(4) Inherent knowledge of safety matters and materials/ equipment commonly used
(5) Possession of a valid journeyman certification in one or more of the recognized
trades such as electrician, plumber, HVAC.
