Requirements:
- University Degree or Higher Degree Prefarable
- Fluent in English Language
- Proficiency in use of computers
- Practical Experience in the same field of expertise for at least 5 years
- An expert knowledge of the operations, technical aspects and various applications in program
- Experience of software lalnguages (Visual Basics, Oracle, Visual C, Java etc)
- Experience in analysing and building applications using various programming languages.
- Experience in program management and follow up
- Experience in all special services program.
