Company: Telecommunication company based in Kuwait
- To assist with various functions of the business including corporate, dealer distribution & retail sales.
- The successful candidates will be required to demonstrate sound multifaceted expertise and experience of industry to deliver a quantifiable volume and growth.
Key Duties:
- Manage a chain of retail outlets and channel partners.
- Demonstrable record of over- achievement against targets, minimizing churn and maximizing revenues.
- Develop relationships with assigned key accounts & channel partners to enhance product awareness and build product sales.
- Develop sales projections and budgets based on forecasts from key accounts and dealers.
- Perform benchmarking analysis at the corporate, business and product levels to fuel the strategic decision-making.
- Input to sales strategy, product roadmap based on market/ customer requirements.
- Hands on know-how of products, portfolio marketing and value based argumentation.
Requirements:
- Ideally educated to MBA degree level with minimum five years relevant experience.
- Technology savvy and updated with latest trends in Telecom/IT sector.
- Age 28-35 years.
- Good command of English language. Arabic is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication skills & Computer literate.
- Self-motivated & action-orientated – able to achieve results quickly and continually rise to new challenges.
- Strong commercial/business acumen, proven negotiations skills, strong leadership, relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Should have a valid Kuwaiti License.
- Transferable Visa/Sponsorship.
