Requirements:
1. Experience with Saudi ARAMCO / SABIC projects is must.
2. Having sponsorship "Iqama" transfer, or should be from Philippine,
Pakistan , or India "as we have Visa's".
3. Should held a degree in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical
Engineering. With minimum 6-8 years of experience.
4. Conversant with Saudi Aramco Standards and Procedures
5. Capable of studying the drawing and arriving the cost on MTOs
6. Experienced in any consultancy organization in Saudi Arabia
(preferable)

Job Summary:
1.APM seeks a proposal engineer to play a key role in technical sales,
marketing and systems engineering support.

2.This person will take the lead in Preparing Tender synopsis, Responsibility
Matrix, distribution of the Tender documents to various disciplines within
the organization for inputs, pricing, schedule Preparation, QA/QC/HSE
requirements, issue RFQ for subcontracts, compiling the Techno-Commercial
proposal as per client’s requirement, presenting to the Management for approval,
submitting the proposals, techno-commercial clarification submittals, attending
meetings, clarifications in the post order stage.
3.Also should be capable of making estimations based on clients requirement
and preparing Project execution plan/Work Methodology, coordinating with
Joint Venture Partners for various EPC and/or Maintenance projects.

4.Well conversed with multi discipline project activities of both Onshore and

5.He will be the primary interface with customers during this process,
so good verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as
the technical expertise that will ensure a profitable proposal and a project
delivery that meets the customer's expectations.

1.The candidate should be minimum a Bachelors degree holder in Mechanical
Engineering with at least 6-8 years experience in preparing proposals for
EPC and Maintenance projects, cross country & in plant pipelines, Vessels,
Offshore & Onshore process, Platforms/Jackets/Tripods of Oil & Gas,
Petrochemical, Power Generation, Heavy Industries.
2.He should be fluent in english (reading & writing); well conversant with
MS Word, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint and must have good typing skills
and exposure in multi discipline proposal preparations.
