2. High Diploma in Mechanical engineering and at least 10 years
experience.
3. Thorough knowledge of maintenance procedures, good practice,
in site and workshop skills related to maintenance of all types of
pumps, speed reducers, valves and rotating equipment of a large
process plant.
4.Hands on approach to supervision and training of technicians by example.
5.Experience of Permit to Work and Safe Entry procedures and documentation.
6. Computer literate with ability to write technical reports and communicate
in English with Client and Management.
7. Man management and leadership qualities.
