Company: ‘A’ Grade Civil Contractor
Responsibilities:
- Management of all the contractual / commercial terms, sub-contracts for all projects (Including timelines, deliverables, documents, and other controls)
- Management and production of claims, change notices and dispute resolution process.
Qualification:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering from a reputed / recognized University
Skills and experience:
- A minimum of 10 - 15 years relevant experience in the construction industry as a Contracts Manager on large infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) in English language.
