Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Should have a valid Oman driving license.
- Minimum 6 years experience in sales of HVAC equipment.
- Age group - 28-40 years
- Excellent relationship with Class “A” MEP contractors & consultants.
Responsiblities:
- To achieve branch sales targets for Fans and AHUs for the territory of Oman and increase our Customer Base, thereby increasing the market share.
- Reviewing and interpreting the competition after in-depth analysis of market information to fine-tune the marketing strategies.
- A proactive sales planner, with expertise in market plan execution, account management, competitor / market analysis, and targeted volumes and profits.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with proven abilities in leading motivated teams towards achievement of organisational goals.
- Effective relationship management with significant clients to ascertain rendering of quality service and business retention / enhancement.
- Appropriate administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison.
