Job location: Riyadh, Saudi arabia
Responsibilities:
1. Plan, manage, coordinate and administer preparation of detailed drawings of architectural designs and plans for buildings, according to specifications, sketches, and rough drafts provided by Concept Designers
2. Consults with concept designers to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure or renovation, and prepares information regarding architecture, specifications, dimensions and detailed structures
3. Confers or consults with GM-Operations, GM-Pre Contract Services and Planning & Contracts Engineer to carry out detailed drawings in the studios
4. Manages performance of the detailed design studio and confers with General Manager - Pre-Contract Management regularly for deadlines and submission requirements
5. Directs the activities and assigns work across the studios in preparation of scale drawings and ensures quality
6. Monitors subordinates’ work output in terms of quality standards and timeliness of delivery and takes adequate measures to rectify any sub-standard outputs
7. Plans layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client/government review and approval
8. Uses computer-assisted architectural software and equipment to detailed drawings and designs as per plans

Requirements:
1.Degree in Architectural Engineering
2.At least 5 to 7 years experience in architectural design including at least 2 - 3 years in leading a team of architects in a design and production studio.
3.Bachelors Degree in Architecture
