Responsibilities:
- Conduct Service process audit at dealership
- Take corrective actions to improve service standards
- Analyze vehicle inflow of workshop
- Identify customer needs based on day-to-day service
- Improve capability level of dealer’s service team thru classroom & on the job training
Requirements:
- Diploma or BE in automobile/mechanical with minimum 2 years experience in handling customer complaints, service standards & activities related to customer satisfaction
- Full-Time positions available.
