Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving customer satisfaction in after sale function
- Improve dealership service standards.
- Expand Secondary network and improve service standard of existing network.
- Training of dealership service staff
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Diploma/BE/BTech in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Atleast 3–5 year(s) of experience, preferably in Service, preferable in Two wheeler industry/Four wheeler industry.
- Knowledge Base : After Sale Market knowledge, Product knowledge, Dealership operation & Customer Relationship Management.
- Required language(s): English, Hindi.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Corporate Stratergy/Top Management/Customer Service or equivalent.
