Job Title: HR Senior Officer

Purpose of Job: Manage the company’s personnel policies, procedures and functions effectively. Provide guidance to employees on Hr and Administrative matters. Keep confidential records and data of employees and maintain update. Coordinate and administer the various day to day activities of the Administration Department, including recruiting right people at the right place, promotions, annual leaves etc... Creating healthy work atmosphere in the organisation
Qualification:
- University Degree in Economics, business Administration or law
- Professional Qualification or MBA in personnel management from recognised bodies or University is an advantage
- Min 10 years experience in a Managerial position in Major Organisation’s HR department.
- Experience in Insurance industry is an advantage
- Strong Computer application skills
- Excellent negotiations and communication skills.
- Knowledge of legal procedures, practise and provisions of labour law in Qatar and in GCC countries
