Job Title: Billing Co-ordinator
Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates 
Company: We are looking for experienced and talented Billing Coordinator for our firm in Dubai.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Associates degree in accounting or similar field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
  • Strong team work ethics.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, able to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple changing priorities.
  • Able to work effectively with various levels of management.
  • One year of experience in an accounting department.
Job Description:
  • Process sub consultant invoices, update tracking forms.
  • Ensure all invoices are posted and reconciled with invoice register and EBill tool.
  • Maintain period job costing records electronically.
  • Gather reimbursable backup, attach to invoices and answer questions regarding backup if necessary.
  • Verify billing instructions for invoice processing.
  • Coordinate with Project Analyst regarding billing instructions and invoice approvals.
  • Process Labor transfers and sub-consultant transfers
  • Create draft invoices for review, finalize after approvals, copy final invoice for mailing and electronic file.
  • Modify/Void prior period invoices as instructed by Project Analyst, process any necessary changes
