- Prepare quotations and submit to Project Manager for review and further submission.
- Preparation of tender documents.
- Prepare/ maintain data of all civil materials pricing and updates record of price variation.
- Prepare/ maintain data of all civil projects.
- Maintain level of contact with suppliers.
- Maintain record of works received under civil projects and prepares list of materials required to be processed
- Establishment of rates versus cost occurred on project wise.
- Maintain list of projects issued and monitors the issuance of work orders.
- Develops each activity with company cost, price and calculate profit ratio.
