Requirements:
  • At least 15 years experience as a Contracts Engineer / Manager (5 years as a Contracts Manager) 
  • At least 10 years experience in Dubai projects, specially RTA projects. 
  • Fully knowledgeable about and did practice the making, submitting and following up of claims and all other contractual matters. 
  • Fully knowledgeable about FIDIC, RTA general conditions of contract (2016 & 2015) and RTA arbitral and conciliation rules.
