Requirements:
- A Minimum of 2 years experience in Dubai Sales Market.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Self- motivation, creativity, and the ability to be an inspiring leader.
- Strong adherence to ethical standards including, but not limited to, the ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain fiduciary responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic, Russian, Chinese Speaker is a plus)
- Willing and a fast learner.
- Hard working and able to sustain outdoor sales and activity.
- Pleasing personality and with a UAE driving license is a plus.
- Having a loyalty trait towards a company.
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Responsible for Updating Property Listings
- Other responsibilities communicated by the company.
Salary Package(Options)- 3,000 + 30% commission / 1,500 + 50% commission / 60% commission
