Requirements:

Ensure that Operations Level personnel are working closely with the client and updating him of developments to ensure participation, involvement, and commitment; Take the lead role in client relations on large projects and key clients
Reviews cost estimates and other proposal information such as scope, organization, pricing, scheduling, technique
Ensure the successful management the division
Delegate technical and administrative duties to appropriate staff to ensure efficient discharge of duties and responsibilities; Monitor performance and activity of operations against plan; Coordinate with finance department in monitoring cost of project
Takes the lead role in proposal preparation for large projects
Ensure that Company policies and procedures are adhered to within the company.
Continuously seek new business and the opportunity to develop business with existing clients; provides business unit marketing, bid and proposal leadership.
Continuously seek to improve the technical performance of his unit and engineers
Prepare operational plan for the division and periodically monitor performance against plan.
