Requirements:
• BE/ BTECH Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 10 Year experience
• AWS / CSWIP 3.1 welding certification
• ISO 9001/140001 & OHSAS 18001 Certification
• ASNT NDT Level II Experience :
• Shall be conversant with ASME / API 01, 4F, 8C etc, AWS D1.1 Codes and Standards
• Independently able to prepare, implement, monitor - QCP I ITP/ PQR / HSE Procedure etc.
• Maintaining Quality record
• Perform Welder/ PQR qualification, Hydro test, audits etc.
• Coordinate with client/ Customer QHSE and sort out problems
• Knowledge and familiar with about industrial paint and Coating
