Job Duties and Tasks for: “Purchasing Executive”

Obtain quotations from suppliers for requisitioned materials on timely basis.
Clarify unclear items with suppliers and requisition teams and recommending alternatives if needed.
Negotiate to obtain the best possible terms like price, deliver and payment conditions.
Prepare purchase orders.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment of the order.
Resolve any issues arising therein.
Quickly develop working knowledge of relevant products, suppliers and industry norms.
Coordinate with inventory teams and sales counters to ensure smooth availability of materials.
Inspect inventory sites to update and resolve any issues related to the supply chain.
Confer with staff, users, and vendors to discuss unacceptable goods and do corrective action.
Ensure that relevant information is given to sales and inventory about products including legal, safety and municipal regulations.

Salary package: 3500 AED + accommodation, NO Air ticket
