Company: We are one of the leading service provider within the Power & Energy industry. We are currently looking for an experienced Finance Manager for our group of companies based in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Must be a Chartered Accountant
• Candidate should have a minimum of 12 years relevant UAE experience in a similar position as a Senior Manager in Finance. Should hold accounting and management experience within a large multinational organization.
• Should have the knowledge and experience in managing the contracting and trading activity.
• Should have proven track record and his job will include handling the finance, cash flow, divisional profitability , cost control, putting in place internal systems control and rearranging existing account department to meet the challenges related to the growing business.
• The job also calls for developing and maintaining relationship with Banks, Auditors and Financial institutions.
• Visiting and meeting GOVT officials for project rapport.
• Should have valid UAE driving license.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take overall control of the company’s accounting function.
• Lead and develop the finance team(s).
• Work with senior teams to grow the business, formulating strategies and plans.
• Reporting to Management on periodic financial KPI’s and financial statements
• Ensure corporate budgeting processes are carried out and reviewed across management teams and departments and countries.
• Take ultimate responsibility for the company cash management policies.
• Present annual accounts to the Board of Directors.
• Ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met.
• Manage company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity, disposals and acquisitions, as appropriate.
• Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with external parties including customers and advisors.
• Issue Quarterly and Annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS, ensure timely MIS reporting on monthly basis.
• Support in developing a Cost Reduction Strategy while implementing international best practices
• Complete financial analysis reports on monthly basis including timely completion of any dashboard reporting
• Plan and manage the overall financial resources of the company to ensure long term commercial viability
• Responsible for managing the financial organization that includes Accounts, Banking, Audit and cost control
• Develop and implement financial plan that reflect the company’s strategic business plan
• Manage the financial operations that include budgeting, general accounting, banking, working capital, capital expenditure and reporting
• Manage financial relationships with key Account Payable and Account Receivable Stakeholders, External Auditors and Banks
• Interact and manage a team of Finance professionals and issues on a daily basis.
• Banking experience specially in fund & facility management along with handling bankers and developing relations
