Mandatory: Strong Copper Joint & Telecom experience with minimum 6 months of local experience or strong Copper joint & telecom domain experience with White card 1. Understanding of Client Copper infrastructure including all types of HSO, OJ, Dex green joints, Aerial, Joints, pillars, direct buried network assets. 2. Ability to understand the network asset types and asses their condition on field for bad, damaged installs, including cables, connectors, joints, pillars. 3. Good knowledge and experience of civil infrastructure including all types of pits, aerial plants. 4. Ability to assess the condition of civil infrastructure with respective to their condition, potential HSE hazards and remediation requirements. 5. Report the condition and status of the assets and suggest remedial actions as part of the solution for each issue identified on field. 6. Understanding of best practices and assess the quality of installs
