Company: We are looking for a number of highly motivated sales executives (male and female) to expand our business activities and attract new clients from the metal fabrication & construction industries. The successful candidates will play a key role in increasing revenue and gross profit by generating leads, qualifying prospects, negotiating and closing orders, maintaining client relationships, planning meetings regularly and managing other sales activities on a day-to-day basis. The candidate will be required to meet an annual target sales quota of AED 4 million. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations and to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Requirements:
- 2+ years technical sales experience in UAE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in engineering or a similar field
- Commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Must be completely fluent in English; strong oral and written communication skills
- Motivated individual who is goal driven and has an outgoing, confident personality
- Possesses a network clients from the same or relevant industry will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Hindi, Arabic and/or Tagalog will be a plus
- Advanced MS Office Skills,
- UAE driving License and personal vehicle will be highly considered
- Establish and develop business with new clients through arranging of cold calls, networking, meetings, follow ups and securing orders
- Deliver results by meeting both personal and team sales targets as per given monthly, quarterly and yearly quota
- Identify and solve specific problems for clients by proposing solutions through the company’s portfolio.
- Prepare tenders, proposals and quotations and relevant internal documents on timely basis
- Build and maintain strong client relations by providing support, information, and guidance; research new opportunities to maximize business potential
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations that explain key technical aspects of solutions that will benefit clients and prospects
- Negotiate contracts, terms and conditions to meet both the client and the company’s needs
- Prepare and deliver weekly reports to the management, including sales forecasts and budgeting
- Coordinate with production team to ensure all aspects of client’s requests are handed over efficiently
- Collaborate with other sales team members on strategies to optimize overall performance of the team and achieve better results
