Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Sales/Business Development in Construction, Building Material or Manpower Supply Background
- Degree/Diploma : Bachelors
- Driving License : UAE License
- Nationality : Indian/ Egyptian
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to handle stress that may evolve due to constant target pressures and collections follow-ups
- Outdoor Marketing, Visiting the Clients, fixing appointments and finalizing orders
- Prepare database for the site and office visits along with the project details
- Make reports and presentations of the Sales Plans
- Coordinate with the clients and the site engineers and liaise with operation to ensure issues are resolved
- Making contract with the Clients with proper documentations
- Ensure renewal of contracts with the existing clients
- Payment follow-up for the existing receivables and resolve if any dispute in the invoice
- Other responsibilities shall be assigned based on the situation
