Requirements:
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- Must have knowledge/experience in utilizing other accounting software
- Must have knowledge & experience in new VAT law
- With good written and communication skills especially in English
- Has the ability to deal with work pressure and tight deadlines
- Must be of good character
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Perform basic office admin activities.
