Requirements:
  • With Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in Maintenance (or) facility management (or) Real Estate / similar industry with below roles and responsibilities:
  • Experience: 02-05YEARS
  • Head office Level/Salary Range: As per company standard
Description: 
  1. Greetings and Welcome guest.
  2. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to the concerned person.
  3. Handling Social website of the company like FACEBOOK, TWITTER, INSTAGRAM every day.
  4. maintaining Logbook – visitors in and out
  5. Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute to the concern department.
  6. Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of an organization
  7. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  8. Arranging meetings for all the departments.
  9. Personal Assistant to Managing Director.
  10. Organize conference and meeting room bookings.
  11. Schedule and coordinate with the new interviewers.
  12. Arranging office parties and event
  13. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, organizing etc.
