Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management and a minimum of 10 years UAE experience in a property development firm preferred.
- Good understanding of contracts (FIDIC) is a must.
- Excellent budgeting, data compilation / reporting skills; advanced project management, MS Office and Primavera skills.
